Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By purchasing an audit, using this website, or engaging Persōna's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. What we provide

Persōna performs digital-exposure audits and, if purchased, ongoing monitoring, using publicly accessible information, information you provide directly, and licensed OSINT, data-broker, breach-database, and dark-web monitoring tools. Every audit is personally reviewed by a senior analyst before delivery.

What we do not do: we do not access any account, device, or system without your explicit authorization; we do not browse dark-web marketplaces directly or purchase stolen data; and we do not guarantee the prevention of future fraud, identity theft, or data breaches. Our service reports on exposure and risk as it exists at the time of the audit — it is not a warranty against future harm.

3. Scope and pricing

• The Small Business Audit base price covers businesses with up to 10 employees. Businesses with more employees are billed an additional per-employee rate, shown at checkout.
• The Safety Review add-on's guided takedown assistance covers up to 10 priority listings. Additional listings beyond that may be scoped and billed separately.
• Introductory pricing is valid through the date stated on our Services & Pricing page and is subject to change without individual notice after that date; it does not apply retroactively or extend automatically.
• Complex cases (an active safety incident, multiple aliases, a business with several locations) may require individual scoping and a separate quote before work begins.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Refunds

Monitoring subscriptions may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the right to request an audit using the identifiers you provide (your own identity, or, for a business audit, a business you own or are authorized to represent)
• You agree to provide accurate information during intake
• You understand that the accuracy of automated data sources (breach databases, data-broker listings) can change over time, and that our report reflects a point-in-time snapshot, personally confirmed by an analyst as of the delivery date

6. Delivery and your choice of consultation

Following delivery of your report, you may choose a live consultation with your analyst or self-paced review with follow-up questions through our Q&A channel or contact form. Standard turnaround times are stated on our Services & Pricing page and begin once you have confirmed the identifiers you are authorizing us to search.

7. Intellectual property

You own the contents of your own report for your personal or business use. Persōna retains all rights to its audit methodology, report format, branding, and this website. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent our report as your own work product to third parties without our written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination

We may decline or discontinue service to anyone for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our reports. You may cancel a monitoring subscription at any time as described in Section 4.

10. Governing law
